Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the sarees are unworn, unwashed, and have all original silk mark tags and packaging intact for a smooth inspection.

  Scheduled Pickup

  Once approved, our logistics partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the securely packed parcel.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After we receive and verify the product at our warehouse, your refund will be credited or your exchange item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
